Mr. Gould has been fascinated with the UAP phenomenon for decades.  Retirement from the Silicon Valley tech world freed up his time and in 2022 the UAP News Center was born.

The UAP News Center is Mr. Gould’s vehicle for addressing two major issues on the UAP topic: Difficulty sourcing relevant UAP news and creating awareness of the ever-growing ecosystem of credible research, organizations, news sources and people that make up the UAP research ecosystem.  This ecosystem urgently needs to be clearly delineated to both the scientific community and the search engines.  Therefore, his focus is on OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and curation, structured analysis and presentation of UAP data and data sources.

Mr. Gould’s particular interests are in scientific advancements that support the hypothesis that the UAP phenomenon is real, governmental activity in support of disclosure, and the organization and delivery of UAP related data such as research papers, archival repositories, and decades of UAP polling trends.
