The UAP News Center was founded in 2022 by Jeffrey Gould. After years of frustration due to an inability to find a reliable single source of daily UAP related news, a news aggregation site was created. In short order, similar frustration arose over the ability to find reliable, well vetted and organized research material on the topic. From those frustrations arose the News Center, the structured UAP resource and news aggregation site you see today.
At the UAP News Center, we prioritize primary source material. Whether it is a declassified National Records document, a technical briefing from the Sol Foundation, or sensor-validated pilot testimony, our focus is the “Signal” over the “Noise.”
Every record in our database undergoes a vetting process. We categorize and grade material based on concrete criteria, whether an archive, a conference, or a book. This ensures that researchers can distinguish between low quality material and highly regarded, well vetted resources.
While we utilize advanced tools to monitor global news feeds and synthesize large datasets, we maintain a strict Human-in-the-Loop editorial policy. Every analysis published on this platform is curated and verified by human researchers to ensure ethical judgment and historical context.
We are an independent entity. Our sole allegiance is to the data and the pursuit of scientific and legislative transparency. We do not represent any government agency, aerospace corporation, or political faction.
The UAP News Center was founded with a two-fold mission: To act as a news aggregator for the UAP topic and to provide a centralized, vetted, and highly structured repository on the UAP topic.
Highly structured data serves two purposes: To help the researcher navigate the site’s data and to clearly inform the search engines of the presence of a reliable, well-structured repository of UAP related data, making the data searchable to all.
On the news aggregation front, our home page’s aggregated news always links directly to the source article. We do not attempt to capture clicks by inserting a post page between with reader and the news. This benefits the content creator by driving traffic directly to their site and allows the reader to have an unimpeded path to the source material.
We operate through a four-pillar architecture designed to transform raw data into actionable insights:
The News Center: A daily aggregation of global UAP developments, filtered for significance along with associated tools for searching and reviewing UAP related news items from around the English-speaking world.
The Research Database: A structured archive of UAP related classification systems such as the Kardshev scale and the Loeb Classification system, current and historic polling information on the UAP topic, conference offerings and a wide array of informative infographics covering the UAP and search for extraterrestrial life topics.
Policy & Intel : A repository of resources detailing curated source material on UAP. This includes academic journals that carry UAP related material, research paper repositories, archives that contain UAP related research, governmental activities on UAP, FOIA repositories and more.
Resource Library: A carefully curated library of materials that represent the best thinking on the UAP topic. This includes human read and reviewed books, podcasts, documentaries, and educational material on the UAP topic.
All of this allows readers and researchers to delve as deeply as they wish into the topic without a tedious search effort through low quality UFO style material.
For those just diving into the UAP phenomenon, welcome. It’s a fascinating topic with a wide range of hypothesizes and opinions based on eyewitness accounts, government whistle blowers, government released documents, video footage of UAPs and much more. While we hypothesize that extant evidence is now strongly in favor of the existence of UAPs, piecing the information together to convince yourself is a fascinating journey. Enjoy the trip.
