Management of Public Reporting of UAP in Canada – Report of the Sky Canada Project
The Sky Canada Project, led by the Office of the Chief Science Advisor of Canada (OCSA), was initiated to review current practices surrounding public reporting of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) in Canada. The project was spurred by increased public interest and recent developments in other countries, particularly the United States, where formal procedures for addressing UAP sightings are in development. The study explores the current reporting landscape, identifies gaps, and provides recommendations to enhance transparency and scientific inquiry on UAP issues in Canada.

Naval Post Graduate School’s CTX Journal: Special UAP Issue
The Naval Postgraduate School’s (NPS) Center on Combating Hybrid Threats (CCHT) is proud to announce a collaborative initiative with the NPS Global Education Community Collaboration Online (ECCO) team to produce the next dedicated special edition of the Combating Threats Exchange (CTX) Journal. By leveraging the interdisciplinary expertise of resident faculty, U.S. and allied military students, homeland defense and security professionals, and an extensive network of external partners, CTX special issue publications focus on emergent challenges at the forefront of national security and defense.
Our upcoming publication is dedicated to the strategic efforts led by the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office to improve data collection, standardize reporting requirements, and mitigate the potential threats to safety and security posed by Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).
Memorandum on President Trump’s UAP NDA Directive
Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) released preliminary implementation guidance shared by the Trump administration regarding President Trump’s directive concerning nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) for current and former government employees and contractors with information related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). The administration authorized Congressman Burlison’s office to publicly distribute the memorandum.
